What do we actually do in a week?
You often hear us say how busy we are, that the company is growing and that there are exciting opportunities ahead, and you get to see a handful of these things on our social platforms. But there is a lot going on behind the curtains each week that doesn’t get seen, so I thought I would give you a quick insight as to what has been going on this past week here at THAY Medical.
One of our lead Human Factors Engineers and his team has finished a summative Human Factors study with 54 participants in Fresno, California – USA.
We have continued work on several active projects.
We have had a work placement student in the office, getting a taste of the interesting process, and importance, of Human Factors and Usability in medical devices.
One of our teams are preparing for a new summative Human factors study in the US with a kick off date in two weeks.
We are preparing for our annual ISO 13485:2016 audit which will occur next week.
We are busy preparing for the HFES conference in New Orleans, Louisiana – USA, which we both will be attending as well as exhibiting at between March 20th-23rd.
We have also hired a new senior level Human Factors engineer with many years’ experience within the field. We are very exited for his arrival at the company.
This is just a fragment of the things we have been doing this past week, if I were to tell you everything we’re up to, then this post would be never-ending! If you have found this interesting, keep an eye out for the next catch-up on what is going on here at THAY Medical.
As always; thank you for reading, stay safe.
