New addition to THAY Medical

THAY Medical are proud to announce yet another addition to the team, Leanne Verwey.

Leanne is passionate about all things Human Factors. She did her MSc in Ergonomics at the University of Derby and additionally gained a BCS qualification in User Experience. She is also a qualified adult trainer/teacher with seven years of experience in further and secondary education, has a BA(Hons) in Psychology and a MSc in International Development.

For the last two years, Leanne has been involved in a wide range of human factors and psychology-based research studies in the transport industry that focused on improving safety outcomes. This included projects that considered human-machine interactions, the impact of learning material on safe driving, the training and assessment of drivers, and the analysis of organisational processes.

She says she is very excited at the opportunity to apply human factors to the field of medical devices.
