The THAY Medical team recently embarked on a thrilling two-day team-building program in sunny Alicante, Spain! Our dedication to keeping our clients and suppliers satisfied made it essential to give back to the team and reinforce the power of working together in harmony. Day 1: A Day of Fun and Bonding
With the majority of the team present, we eagerly gathered in Alicante for an unforgettable experience. While two staff members couldn't make it this time, we're already looking forward to having them join us next time!
We kicked off the day with a delightful lunch at a cozy cantina, where we indulged in the delightful flavors of pinchos. Fueled up and ready for adventure, we hopped on a tram to San Juan beach – renowned as one of the best in Alicante. With a heatwave in full swing, a refreshing dip in the sea was just what we needed! Our Office Coordinator, Natalia Yakovleva, had expertly planned engaging team-building exercises on the sand and in the water. Laughter and camaraderie echoed across the shore as we tackled the challenges together, creating cherished memories that will last a lifetime.
After an invigorating day, we wrapped up a fantastic dinner at a local restaurant. While some team members called it a night at a reasonable hour, others decided to extend the fun into the evening!
Day 2: Striving for Excellence
The following day, we embarked on a scenic walk up to the majestic Castillo de Santa Barbara, perched high above Alicante. This breathtaking setting provided the perfect backdrop for a more focused discussion about THAY Medical's future and improvement opportunities. We encouraged open feedback from the team on how we can further excel in Human Factors Engineering, reaffirming our commitment to excellence.
Refueled and inspired after a delightful lunch in Pueblo Viejo Alicante, we bid farewell to this beautiful city and headed back to the airport, cherishing the memories of this enriching journey.
