Due to the recent outbreak of COVID-19, everyone is facing challenges during this pandemic. However, our work now is important as ever and we must continue giving our services and helping our clients achieve their goals.
Remote testing allows us to keep everyone safe, including our participants and the THAY team. By offering remote testing, we have had to change our thinking and ways of testing and we have done this by taking precautions and planning ways that will minimize the risk to everyone involved. That is why we have converted our R&D laboratory space into a decontamination room, this means that everything that goes out to a participant via the courier service, will come back in through the decontamination room to be decontaminated, before coming into contact with anyone else. Safety is paramount and we aim to go above and beyond to ensure safety of the participants and ourselves.
We have also invested into technology that will ensure remote testing will go as smoothly as possible. Every test participant will have access to this technology to ensure that we have a secure connection for live streaming. From this, the testing will commence and this allows flexibility for the participants to complete the testing from the safety and comfort of their own homes, and we ensure that we have enriching data that will allow us to continue to deliver to our clients. This way, no matter where the participants are based – whether it be in the UK or abroad, we are able to have a secure and safe way to contact and complete testing with them.
