Pharmacists interact with medicines and devices on a regular basis. The have a responsibility to dispense the correct medicines and devices to patients, carers and healthcare professionals. To do this safely and effectively, it is vital that elements of the medicine or device are clear in their communication – perceptively and cognitively. Essential elements that need to be understood include the labelling, packaging, method of basic use, concentrations, units of measurement, bar coding and the Patient Information Leaflet. To ensure these are developed properly, it is good practice to involve pharmacists as a user group of intended users.
Recruitment of pharmacists is something THAY Medical is good at. We can recruit in the countries we perform research and testing in. If you have a recruitment requirement, or would like to involve Pharmacists in your research or study, please contact us.
